food. Remember you should peel it, boil it or avoid it.
Always wash hands after going to the lavatory or before
handling food and eating.
Avoid food cooked in market stalls, however tasty it smells
or looks.
Avoid ice and ice cream in food.
Avoid food that has been kept warm. Try to eat freshly cooked
and piping hot food.
Avoid food likely to have been exposed to flies.
Avoid peeled fruit, salads, shellfish and raw food.
Uncooked shellfish, such as oysters, are especially hazardous.
Bread is SAFE, even if cut and left out.
Avoid freshly squeezed fruit juice.
Avoid sauces because they are often kept for long periods
at room temperature and made from eggs or milk which are
both ideal for bacteria to grow in.
